Absolutely loved my massive balcony with comfortable loungers facing out to sea !!
Fabulous room with an enormous balcony overlooking the sea with the wonderful sound of the waves. Excellent facilities with a heated pool and good pool bar. Lovely well trained staff. We went bed and breakfast and were happy with the food in the morning.
The evening entertainment wasn’t really for us so sat on our balcony with a glass of wine and listened to the waves!

Absolutely overpriced for what you get...
Hotel itself was ok for two nights, but it should be around 50% cheaper to have a fair price for what you really get there...our other stays in La Palma were MUCH better in that sense.
There were a few things that were not ok: 1) HOTEL IS SCAMMING: the reception actively lied to make you pay more in the end. We only booked breakfast and asked during check-in how it would work if we would also like to add dinner. We were told it's 22€ per person per dinner, but if we would have dinner on all evenings of our stay (luckily just two) it would be 15€. We explicitely asked where we would have to tell that to if we want to use the offer and the answer was directly when we go to the restaurant - we also explicitely booked it to the room so that all gets collected on the final hotel bill. Then when we checked out we were badly surprised. The reception now claimed that it's not possible because the restaurant is extra and the price is 22€ and not the aforementioned 15€. In many other hotels fixing the bill according to what was promised was never a problem. In total we paid 28€ more but it is the principle that really made us angry. If they wouldn't first have told that the price is 15€ and then argue about it, all would have been ok for us, but this is absolutely a way of scamming tourists and INACCEPTABLE! 2) Buffet looked ok at first, but one day they served rotten orange juice at breakfast. For the price they charge, another unacceptable thing. In general it is highly overpriced and the ratio of what you get is not in line with what you pay. 3) Parking situation: a parking place can be paid for 10€ per night which is ok, however, access to get there is by a one lane street where all the guests who don't want to pay the parking fee try to park and wait for spots to become free which makes it very annoying to even reach the entrance of the official parking spot. When a car wants to get out of the official parking while you are driving down the lane, make sure you are very skilled in reverse driving and watch out. There is no possibility to turn so you just have to hope to make it in while no-one wants to drive out the same moment.
